Church Notices
As Christ's disciples:
We will continually strive to become just like Jesus, through prayer, the study of God?s word, and through radical obedience to him in all of life?s circumstances." (1 John 2:3 ? 6).
We will diligently work to grow and mature as Christ?s body as we serve him together with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. (John 15:12 ? 17).
We will eagerly go and make disciples of every nation on earth, until the full number of believers in the universal body of Christ is physically and spiritually reunited with Jesus Christ, our Living Head. (Matthew 28:18 ? 20).
Preaching series
On Sunday, 5th May, we commence a new series on “The Living Hope of the Gospel,” based on 1 Peter.
This warm, strong letter was written by Simon Peter to Christians who lived in what is now Turkey at a time when they were facing persecution. Peter himself was actually martyred for his allegiance to Christ just a few years after the letter was sent.
We will find hope for our time and for our issues.
